OMS Montessori School Renovations
Over the course of two years, the school updated several of their classrooms and spaces to accommodate their growing school body. The existing 50-60 year-old school buildings' aging infrastructure badly needed updating. Several renovations were undertaken to replace and repair old infrastructure throughout the school.
The classrooms were designed in accordance with the Montessori ideology and philosophy. Bathrooms, kitchen facilities and exits were added. Custom cabinetry was used throughout to accommodate the needs of the children and the educators. The colours and materials were chosen to create a welcoming environment that was lively and visually stimulating, yet timeless and durable.
