Kilbarry Renovation

A considered ground-floor renovation transformed this home into a warm, functional, and cohesive living space, improving circulation, adding integrated storage, and refreshing the interior while respecting its original character.

The original layout left the entry without storage, the kitchen cramped and inefficient, and the oversized dining room underused for the owners’ wine and liquor collection.

Relocating the kitchen and dining room created better entry storage, a dining wet bar, and a generous kitchen with built-in seating, added appliances, a prep sink, and efficient storage.

The palette updates the home’s Scandinavian roots with light neutral walls, stained oak flooring and cabinetry, white veined countertops, and subtle white chevron tile.
