Renovation + Addition

 

A renovation and addition to an existing 100+ year old home in the Golden Triangle.

 

We expanded the second-floor over the existing ground-floor while maintaining the existing footprint and visual look of the house.

​

With minimal changes to the layout and structure of the rest of house, the clients gained a more efficient full 2nd-floor bath, a useable laundry area, a larger 2nd-bedroom and a new third-bedroom.  Originally not included in the initial project scope of work, we were able to squeeze in a new ensuite bathroom off of their master bedroom.

​

As a result of careful planning and layout we were able to expand existing spaces as well as add several new spaces on the 2nd-floor to accommodate the varying spatial requirements of the client.
