This downtown 100+year old condominium was thoughtfully transformed while preserving its original old-world character. A refined palette of blue, grey and white, complemented by warm gold accents, unifies the renewed interiors.

 

The kitchen was reconfigured to improve circulation, functionality and appliance integration. A new bar opening strengthens the connection between the kitchen and dining room, creating a more open and inviting flow.

 

The bathrooms were upgraded with new insulation, plumbing and electrical fixtures. Floral motifs and variegated tiles in a range of formats introduce texture, colour, visual interest and enhance the old-world charm.

 

Throughout the condominium, new paint, flooring, cabinetry and fixtures are balanced by carefully retained original details, including door hardware, door slabs, trim and heater covers.
